on the FriendFeed.com blog (a blogger blog) I see that you can embed a search in a blogpost; whereas in wordpress this does not seem to be possible (tried this on http://www.amsterdam20.nl/weblog... in a blogpost; did not succeed; so pasted the search in a sidebar widget). Does anybody know if this is a fundamental limitation of wordpress?
does anybody have experience with making instruction videos; I would like to make some instructions on how to use WordPress plugins etc; using voice and caturing mouse and window movements etc. Would Vimeo do the trick? Any tips are really appreciated!!
http://www.screentoaster.com/ are quite new, but its a pretty good service. Only downside some months ago was that it wasn't obvious how much of your quota-per-video you where using up while recording. Maybe they fixed that now.

For standalone use, Camtasia is about the best desktop app you can get for this stuff.

I'll second Camtasia. I've used it for demos, it's quite good.
