Pointless question... how do people wear their hair down in the summer??? It's just too damn hot!
Feels human again today!
Lovely night with a stomach virus last night. Which Adrian caught as well. How is it that things like this seem so much easier on kids?

Just made our Flickr account private and viewable by only family and friends. Too many weirdos favoriting pictures of me and my family.
Downloading OS4 for my iPhone. Ready to multitask!
A/C is out today. So far it's not so bad (IMO, I think Adrian might disagree), but hopefully it will get fixed today or tomorrow. Thank goodness it's not quite as hot as it was last week.
Is patting herself on the back for making a delicious breakfast of blueberry buckwheat pancakes, turkey bacon, and mimosas. Mmmmmm....
Happy Father's Day to all you dads out there! And a special shout out to my own hubby and truly wonderful dad, Adrian. :).
Beautiful morning at the beach.
Slept 'til 8:30, napped for an hour, and spent the afternoon at the beach. Wonderful day. :).
Anna's last day of school left her teacher in tears, me in tears, and Anna in tears. I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful teacher and prek experience. Miss Tricia is a wonder.

Jennifer loves her community pool. It's such a nice way to stay cool as well as meet up with and keep in touch with neighbors.
Ours has two and no one went to the one we frequented, which was great; we know all the lifeguards and I used to buy them pizza. Now it is more popular and I'm always a bit sad that the lifeguards are strangers - RAPatton
Community pools. That's something we do not have here. I guess because it's probably only warm enough outside for a pool like, 3 days of the year. :) - Rochelle
