I like the "bow-tie bunny" cakes. They are much larger and you can eat the ears. You bake 4 layers. Stack and frost 2 as a normal layer cake. The other 2 you cut to make the ears and bow-tie using a pattern similar to this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u... (trace your cake pan and make your own) Then assemble the whole thing like this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u... Frost the whole thing, putting some pink in the center of his ears.
