"Jon, The one obvious thing that engaged users notice is that there is a massive gulf between the level of communication between Google as a company and individual Googlers. Google as a company seems incapable of really explaining the "What are we doing here's" whereas the individuals do a great job. Perhaps they've got the wrong people doing the PR." - Colin Walker
