The only way to be sure your car is cleaned right is to do it yourself. :( I'm too lazy for that so I go to Classic Car Wash (I used to go to Lozano's but was unhappy with the results). I'm not 100% happy with Classic either but I like it better, and as I said, I'm lazy. - Amit Patel

I noticed it a few hours afterward. Judging from several reviews it seems they are not receptive to customers who even see the damage happen directly in front of them, so I think it would be hard to convince them that they were indeed responsible.
