Rehearsal was pretty fun today. We delved into showing emotions, something that has been difficult for me (seriously, I present the appearance of a Vulcan a lot of the time courtesy of years of repressing my own emotions because of how hard it is to deal!) My friend Bill, who also runs the rehearsals, came up to me during the break to see -->
If I was ok, because he knew it is a tough exercise for me. I was fine, told him it was a lot like working out, it was difficult but the good kind. He said he knew this was a tough area for me but I've improved a Lot since he first met me. Sometimes it's the small moments that make days better.
