I recommend using tamari in place of regular soy sauce to give a richer flavor. (who am I kidding? You should toss your soy sauce and just use tamari all the time)

Oh, I love this - so tasty. I think my friend who makes it just uses low-salt soy sauce, but I might bring over some tamari the next time and see if she wants to use that instead.

I can't even with low-sodium soy sauce. It's tangy brown water at that point. The rest of my diet is moderate-to-low sodium already and I have 3500mg/day to play with so I will take my chances with the real deal. :)

The only thing I changed with the recipe was that I used two whole eggs instead of one whole and two egg whites. The caloric value went up by only a few calories and I didn't feel like less of a person for doing it. :)

Eh, I'd rather use fewer whole eggs than a bunch of egg whites most times anyway :)
