ATT service said house in Prescott has worse coverage than rural Alaska. Family & visitors are supposed to call ATT to let know no service

That is no service to 2 bars, and dropped calls. No service downstairs at all. We keep a tmobile account cause better service. Would love to switch that phone to another iPhone. Need reliability first.
