I kind of wish I lived close enough to Salem to go their for Halloween, it's so much fun. You can show up the weekend closest to Halloween in full costume and you blend in with the bus loads of touristy people.

I want to head up that way to do some genealogy research. According to one of my mom's cousins we are descendants of the Putnam family & they were involved with a lot of the witch trials.

I used to live in that area. Halloween was crazy and sometimes a bit scary too.
