Dallas breaks snow fall record from 1964, according to news. My Mom measured just under a foot of snow this morning and took these pictures with her iPhone. The images have an eerie quality and appear to be double exposures.
I read that it never got much colder than 32ยบ, so the snow is very wet and heavy. Lots of folks without power.
