Always a bit rough, but some of my favorites: Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Neverwhere, The Hobbit, The Mirror of Her Dreams/A Man Rides Through, the Wizard of Oz series (the original books,) The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, Game of Thrones, the Lord of the Rings series, Stardust, The Green Rider.
