Our new employee evaluation system includes some language for folks who aren't quite up to snuff. We think they'd make great t-shirts. Examples include:
"Easily distracted from task at hand." - Ell Bee, See?
"Sometimes gets sarcastic or abrupt." - Ell Bee, See?
"Will object to work when it interferes with schedule." - Ell Bee, See?
"Frequently impolite." - Ell Bee, See?
"Inflexible and noncompliant." - Ell Bee, See?
"Finds problems but doesn’t solve them." - Ell Bee, See?
"Frequently fails to achieve goals." - Ell Bee, See?
"Needs oversight." - Ell Bee, See?
We also liked this one for a departmental motto: "Quality is not a priority." - Ell Bee, See?
