It's BOSS. They put it right in the middle of the course, so you've already been slogging for about two hours and can use the refresh. And it seriously does put pep back in your step. We plowed through the second half like nobody's business after that one. :D - Hookuh Tinypants

I think so far the only obstacle that has me slightly worried is Dead Ringer (I'm Mudder Legion this year, so I get to go through the exclusive Legionnaire's Loop with the hardest three obstacles). On the plus side, my trainer and I have already discussed my training strategy and we're going for more bodybuilding this year to pump my upper body strength thru the roof. One of my coworkers recommended Crossfit and I almost punched him in the neck. - Hookuh Tinypants
