I inherited my dad's car this fall. We want to sell it to Louis' brother. Do I need to put the title into my name first since my dad obviously can't sign the pink slip? DMV paperwork is, of course, confusing.

Me - I'd sign dad's name on title as seller - seriously - it's not like he's going to complain to DMV. Filll out as gifted to you (no sales tax) then sell from you. (did it myself)
