Chilliwack on St Patrick's Day - for Micah :)
Lovely! - AJ Batac
I had a meeting in Chilliwack today and I know Micah loves to see how the Fraser Valley is doing :) - WoH: Professor MOTHRA
Ahh, Chilliwack. When I was a kid, we used to go to that now-closed dinosaur theme park there. It was called Flintstone Village back in the day and it was all Flintstones-themed. Then whoever owns the Flintstones sold it and it just became a generic dinosaur theme park. Now it's closed. :( - Rochelle
Oh! It only shut last year (although they had changed the name). The waterslides will be open at Cultus soon, though :) - WoH: Professor MOTHRA
Oh, I guess it was actually called Bedrock City. We always called it Flintstone Village. - Rochelle
I'm thinking of Dinotown, is that the same one? - WoH: Professor MOTHRA
Yeah, once the Flintstone company sold it, the new people renamed it Dinotown. - Rochelle
We used to go to Bridal Falls Waterpark (the one that used to be called Trans Canada Waterslides or something like that). I love that one! - Rochelle
THANK YOU, HIGLET! Keepin' it real in The Valley. - Micah
Rochelle, WoH, the Flintstone park became the generic dino place when the owner(s) got divorced. Splitting assets is hard *shrug*. I only know by chance because I had a connection with the graphic designer who was commissioned to come up with the new theme and marketing collateral. Weird, eh. - Micah
It's a small world.... :) If I could of, I would have taken pics of the snow-capped mountains and farms on the #1, but I'm not that suicidal. - WoH: Professor MOTHRA
Still in the valley, keeping it real - WoH: Professor MOTHRA
Right on. - Micah
