#FFpoll: When folding laundry, do you turn the clothes right-side out then, or do you wait until you're ready to wear the item?

I turn them right side out when folding.

Right side it when folding. It's never occurred to me to do it any other way.

Same - it's practical for t-shirts (so you can see the design) and I check to make sure that there aren't any stains that made it through the wash.

I turn them right side out before putting them in the wash, except dark jeans or black clothes so they don't fade as much.

^ I keep meaning to do this, and then forget >___>

Kids stuff I turn when folding my stuff. Don't bother unless I doesn't lay right wrong side out
- Christina Pikas
Leave it as it lies.

(I know at least two people who fold it however it comes out of the dryer, which boggles my mind. That's why I'm curious.)

I turn them right-side out as I fold.

Some of my shirts stay inside out if they will be hung up; same with pants & jeans. T-shirts & tanks are folded/rolled right-side out. ETA: My reason is less cat hair to remove from right side once I put them on, as the cats take any chance they get to hang out in the closet. At least that's the idea. Doesn't always work out that way.

not turning them right-side out boggles my mind too, LB. :)

Right side out to fold.

Turning laundry right side out is but one of the many folding/hanging/sorting rules in this house #finickity #Petedespairs

Right-side out first.

Right side out. I'm distressed to know people might do it otherwise.

I try to turn as I take my clothes off, MAN not so much ... So I turn as I fold.

Clothes are inside out when they go in the washer. They stay as they are when they come out of the dryer.

If I said I don't fold my husband's T-shirts, and instead hang them on hangers in the closet, alphabetically, by city and according to sport, would you think I was a weirdo? And I have to stick them on these things: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images... If I got lazy and hung them up inside out, he'd have a fit. And I personally would rather turn them right side out while I am folding them, than have to turn them right side out later on. Faster getting dressed if you don't have to waste time fussing around with details like that.
