"With iOS 6, my iPhone 3GS doesn't run Siri. My wife's 4S does. Some critics are conflating that with the far more troubling fragmentation of the Android market, where it's often difficult (or even impossible?) to upgrade your device to the current Android OS. I'm betting that my old phone doesn't run Siri because it wouldn't work well on its limited hardware. Same thing for other "missing" features. It comes from a focus on making things work smoothly.
