Finally read this latest Le Carre on my Kindle. I am a huge Le Carre fan and have wanted to read a modern post 9/11 book from him and this book is just that. The story itself is not as intrigue filled as some of his classic Smiley/Karla ones (Drummer Girl, Smiley's People) but definitely better than Mission Song and Constant Gardner. I see some potential for another Smiley like character to emerge from this book. - Arvind Sundararajan
