Not all pies lend themselves to crumb or lattice tops, is all. I don't like fruit pies, it doesn't seem appropriate for cream pies, and a sugar pie kind of does that brulee'd thing on top, so yeah. *shrug*

Either that buttermilk pie, though that crust looks janky, or maybe a chocolate pecan. I've made a couple of those in the past, and it would be a good reason to buy bourbon.
