Ho fatto io, ma ho comprato la pasta fillo pronta. E boh, non mi è sembrato troppo difficile. Ci sarebbero andati anche i pistacchi, ma non sono la mia passione quindi ne ho fatto a meno

@brixie "membağı" is the turkish word of the "SOURCE" or the "ROOT" of some thing. as we think that the "baklava" is a turkish dessert, its source or root or the word that i used above the "MEMBAĞI" of baklava is gaziantep. :) but i am in izmir now going gaziantep is a hard think even for me because of the work and lack of time. but think about that. if you came to turkey at least eat baklava in a place where "gaziantep" workers in it. i hope i can write it down write lol. by the way i dunno italian but i think you made that baklava. it seems good congrats

and for the information the most famous baklava maker of turkey (the most delicious of it, the baklava that everyones like is the "imam cağdaş" from gaziantep. the brand is imam çağdaş. i think in istanbuş they have a place that they make and sold baklavas under the name of imam çağdaş. as everyones saying its the same taste that the place in gaziantep. so you can eat the baklava of "imam çağdaş" in istanbul. the BEST baklava. damn i gave hell of an information. damn i'm good lol
