Life is always ironic, and this day wasn’t any different. It happened to fall on the day that DC was covered in ice. Everything was delayed, and we were pretty worried that the workshop wouldn’t happened at all. After talking to our host, DC Procurement Technical Assistance Center, we found out the conference would be happening at 10:30 a.m. We trekked all the way to Virginia to be there.
