One thing about eating 100g of protein a day? I'm definitely not hungry! (Need to find some lower sodium meats, though. I tend to default lazily to packaged stuff.)

Spend a day cooking up some real meat and freezing it in your own little packages, that way you have stuff you can quickly & easily use, without having to resort to all that salted up stuff.

You can get about 20g of no fat no carb protein from 1 scoop of the protein powder at whole foods (and similar places). Fruit shake or milk shake with protein added is the way to go.
