We actually have an infrared toaster oven that works pretty darn good, imho.

This is very similar in concept to the Panasonic NB-G100P infrared oven toaster. Its a shame that this model was discontinued last year. Though as mentioned above, it is still available in shoppingwarehouse.net

April, yeah, we bought the same model after we saw yours :). Those ovens are small fry compared to the flashbake, though.
