On Saturday we canned 4 quarts, just hours after picking them. Today we made a peach pie, froze 4 for making ice cream later on, froze several more for other projects, and covered 2 quarts with sugar for turning into preserves tomorrow. The rest we ate. - Gabe

Sadly, these are now being nommed by the local wildlife. They couldn't let them ripen all the way or other flower to bloom on the stalk... poor sunflowers eaten by squirrels - Maggie
