"True, but if you use apps like Waze to get around town it's a PITA to switch back and forth. We really need to get Google & Apple to give users the ability to deny permissions while installing apps, and if the apps don't support users disabling features then at least the user can decide whether or not to install the app or not. I know Android used to have this feature but it was removed by Google because app developers complained and it was pretty common for apps to fail when features were disabled since developers never anticipated the feature to be disabled." - Jim McCusker
