I wish this recipe made more gravy than it does. Might need to double the amount of broth I use next time. It was very tasty, though. It's an America's Test Kitchen recipe.

Seems, when using #Logitech 5.1 speakers on 2-channel, the rear speakers play both channels; only front speakers are separate left/right

Strange. Got a new set of #Logitech speakers for my computer. The right-front, right-rear & left-rear are all playing same channel.

It's a set of 5.1 speakers with the option to do 2-channel (basically the same as the 5-year-old Creative Audio speaker set I'm replacing). My computer only has a headphone-out, so I have to do the 2-channel. When I adjust the balance to mute one channel, sound still comes out of all but one speaker.

Just did some more testing. It seems, when using 2-channel, only the front speakers are left/right; the rear speakers are on both channels.

Looks like most recent backup I have of the site is from December 2014. I've told the client they should contact their host to see if they can restore a DB backup more recent than that. This sucks; and this is exactly the type of thing that happens when clients insist on staying with cheap, terrible hosting where no one has the kind of access they need in order to do things properly. :(

Appears to be, yeah. Ive never used it, though, so I can't tell you exactly what it does. I will say, though, if there was a way to change the default browser and Mail apps, I'd relegate them to that folder, too.

I can't remember exactly how I ended up joining FriendFeed. I think I'd heard my old buddy Allen Stern (may he rest in peace) mention it a few times, but I don't think I actually signed up until I virtually met Holden Page, back when he and Alex Wilhelm were blogging together. How did you end up on FriendFeed?
My friend Cass told me about it. She's still got an account, and for a while there she was the only person I was really connected to on FF. We lost touch soon after I moved to NorCal.

I ended up on here and Twitter, Aug. 2nd, 2008 after a discussion at Triiibes.ning, which was a group of about 1000 people who pre-ordered Seth Godin's Triiibes. There was a discussion over people's Twitter handles, and some people also offered up Friendfeed.

I think about 25% of the software on her computer was some form of adware/malware. Her AV software hadn't been updated in over a year.

I'm reporting the income on my taxes, but TurboTax won't let me eFile without those EINs. I'm planning to just file the taxes through the mail, but I'm not sure if I will still need to amend my return after I get the 1099s (even though I've included the income from them in my return already) or not.
